Ordering Products 
All products must be ordered through our website WWW.TEAMVIDASLIM.COM, only users who have a login will be able to order. PLEASE NOTE ALL orders must be place ONE DAY in advance to pick up or have your order shipped out the next business day. All teas, waist trainers shakes and Anti-Anxiety pills must be ordered in quantities no less than 3 per order. NO LESS than 5 bottles per order! Every (3) trials of root is equal to "1 90 day bottle"  please order accordingly. If order is incorrect, it will be canceled and you will have to place a new order. 
Shipping Policy

Average shipping time is 3 to 5  business days. If you have concerns on the location of your packages please call

210-334-0664 and ask for Cristen who is our shipping coordinator. a $12 shipping fee is applied to every order so please take this in to consideration when placing a new order.. We do not offer overnight shipping at this time. If you are low on product please be sure to restock before you run out so you are fully stocked. 

Unfortunately , we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Once the order is turned into USPS/ UPS, it is now under their care. You’ll be required to submit a claim directly with USPS/ UPS and follow their guidelines.

**For a lost package, you can call USPS (1-800-275-8777) with your tracking number and they will help you locate it. If unable to find your package, you’ll need to fill out a Lost Package Report with USPS.

If a package is damaged, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@vidaslimusa.com within 48 hours of receipt. Please make sure to provide pictures of the damaged item, shipping package and label together in your email so that we may resolve the issue.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to take responsibility for shipping costs due to an incorrect/ incomplete address or change of address after order. New product can be re-shipped however regular product and shipping costs will be applied. You are able to contact USPS/ UPS to request a package re-route.

 
Return & Exchange Policy

 

Customer refunds -must be made with in 7 days of purchase for a full refund from their consultant. As a consultant, if you wish to be refunded on your customer's returned  product, you MUST submit the that was returned to you by mail or in person at the Vidaslim Office to receive your refund for the opened product.
